Biography

Kristen N. Richards has been a defender since she started practicing in 2011. Versed in both state and federal criminal law, Ms. Richards has successfully tried the most difficult and complex RICO cases as well as both violent crimes and white collar crimes. She is aggressive at every stage of the process from pre-charging negotiations, through the pre-trial process, and at trial.
